Using a voucher I had purchased online I took my car one morning during the week so they were not that busy. While I was waiting I noticed another customer pointing out all the area's they had missed on her car, so I thought I'd better check mine and I''m glad I did.
The finished product is just terrible. The whole front dash wasn't even touched. All windows and side mirror were not cleaned properly nor was the lower areas along the sides. They did re do everything pointed out and the staff are friendly. But they really need to have a lot more attention to detail. Also, the sitting area is very average and feels like a shop that been vacant for a while. I probably would not go back.

Really great services they provide. All the workers are very polite and greeted me very professionally upon arrival. With whatever service you requested they are quick and ready to make the fix at reasonable cost

I don't usually write reviews but I believe it is necessary.
I went to prestige after buying a voucher online. I was please with the speed of the service and the way I was treated was great, unfortunately the speed was the undoing of the service.
As a matter of fact, 3 or 4 workers worked on my car for about 30 minutes (therefore equating to 2 man hours of work), and my car was left in the state shown in the pictures. In addition, the car went in there without, (what seems to be a coffee streak, on the door.
Just horrified that I paid money for this!!! The inside was alright, although they left a filthy tissue on the back seat.
I don't recommend this place!!!! Unless you are looking for a quick vacuum and below average exterior clean!
Further, as you can see residue from the spray they used on the door still remains on the door seal.
Also, I'm writing this review 20 minutes after it was cleaned!!!
Disappointed

Our car's paint had been damaged by powerwashing at our building, and we took it to be detailed and compounded here. They did a GREAT job. Car looks like new. They communicated well and delivered what they promised. Recommended.

My car was making a very rough noise and i showed it every where no one was able to fix that. My friend recomended this station to me and they did an amazing work now there is no any noise in my car. I will now take my car to them only.
