Reviews

User

Helpful and friendly! Only wish is that they had longer opening hours.

User

Wonderful Team!!
The best Customer Service I have received from any Priceline!!!!
Narelle was amazing and helpful and Kerrie knew which range suits my skin type!
I no longer go to any other Priceline other than Queanbeyan.
Keep up the great work :)

User

Helpful staff, customer friendly reminder systems and decent pricing.

The pharmacist is very slow. Told her we were in a rush and goes answers the phone, it was marketing. Something wrong with her.

User

Small,, messy and not reflective of the Priceline brand. Inept staff and worse the head pharmacist (whatever she is) was an indifferent and rude person who should be ashamed of herself. Plus she needs a better hairdresser! I was worried my script would end up with her frizzy hair in it

User

DO NOT SHOP HERE! Totally unhelpful, lazy staff (esp the pharmacist), poorly stocked pharmacy (can't believe it is a Priceline!). They also tried to "accidentally" overcharge me. This is not the first time I have heard from colleagues that go here that this happens. Honestly do yourself a favour and go to the pharmacy in the Forum - so much nicer and much more pleasant.

User

Accessible opening hours and accept American Express, but were unwilling to alter their prices to match chemist warehouse despite signs in their store and window saying they will match prices. If you want a pharmacy in The Forum area that is more willing to price-match when able, try Forum Pharmacy - only issue with them is that they are open less hours

User

Went out of my way because I knew the pharmacist here is an older gentleman and expected a sensible adult conversation about my medical needs. He wrote me off as a drug-seeker in seconds and shut the conversation down before or began. THIS is why I hate dealing with pharmacists, their guilty-until-proven-otherwise attitude is uncaring and unprofessional. Avoid.

User

Friendly Staff - Great Pharmacist.
Small shop but still has great stock.
Easy access, thanks again for excellent service!

User

Helpful and convenient

User

Very bad service I bought some product from Priceline but I not happy with product. So I come back for asked them to change product because it's brandnew I did't use product. I just open plastic.
But they told me you Can't change any item or refund money back. What should I do?

User

The staff was great and very helpful.

User

I went in when I was sick and groggy to be charged $18 for a prescription that normally cost $6-$12. When I questionned it, the pharmacist asked "how much do you usually get it for and I'll see what I can do". I know I usually pay $12 for it there and even $6.99 for it elsewhere. Car salesman making up prices on the spot. Avoid it. The other pharmacy in the Forum is friendlier and cheaper.

User

Good customer service

User

The pharmacist loves what he does and wants you to go beyond your doldrums and experience true pharmaceutical superiority. Very very very fortunate to be alive.

User

Staff are very patient and sweat

User

Overpriced compared to other chemists.

User

Boss was running late so store couldn't be opened. Not impressed!

User

My favourite pharmacy. Pharmacists are always very helpful with your needs and advice on medications.

User

I always find the staff at Priceline Dee Why Grand helpful and polite, but today I really felt exceptionally well looked after. I have some facial skin discolouration at the moment, and a lovely girl helped me select the right skin foundation to cover up the problem area. I regret that I didn't get her name so I could personally thank her in this review. She was so helpful and patient with me, and as a result I have the right product to cover the problem area and feel confident to be in public.
The pharmacists are always helpful and considerate also.
Thanks to all the staff at Dee Why Grand Priceline!

User

Excellent pharmacy service, been with them for over two years. I have recently moved out from the Northern Beaches area, yet when I need help in getting an item that I can't get it locally, yet I found it in their store and they are willing to reserve for me. Many thanks

User

Really great Pharmacy in comparison to Chemist Warehouse. (Manly Chemist Warehouse is the worst)

User

Always great service

User

Seems to have enough but it is one of the smaller shops.

User

Comparable prices with CWH with more experienced pharmacists

User

Great Shop
