Primal Body Tribe Description
Whatever your goals may be, are you ready to take things to the next level and learn how to live a leaner, healthier life all year round? We can provide the guidance and challenge that you need and promise to be there with you every step of the way!
We are super excited to be running the first of many Primal Body Bootcamps. A unique 8 week outdoor program, designed to compliment any lifestyle by incorporating the benefits of body weight training and leading edge nutrition.
WIth the combined knowledge and experience of two consistent and very passionate coaches, you can expect results that go way beyond your expectations. Program inclusions: -
2 x 1hr Outdoor Primal Body Strength Sessions per week at various locations along the GC
Tasty Primal Body Meal Plan and supplement schedule that we follow together as a tribe
Bodyfat /consults and Fitness Testing from start to finish
A safe, tribal atmosphere with rewards and incentives for all levels of fitness and understanding
