About Primary Ethics

Providing world-class philosophical ethics education for primary school children.

Primary Ethics Description

45, 000 children currently participate in ethics classes and demand is growing rapidly as more and more parents choose ethics and benefit from seeing their children developing excellent reasoning and critical thinking skills as a result of the program.

If your school is not offering ethics classes yet, it is a very simple process for you to get them started. Don’t let your children miss out – Primary Ethics classes are a fantastic learning experience providing your children access to a world class curriculum.

To start classes, your children need you to get involved:

* Write to your school today - ask for ethics classes
* Register your interest with Primary Ethics
* Become a Primary Ethics Volunteer teacher or coordinator
* Talk to your friends and family about volunteering
* Ask people in your local community to volunteer

Ethics classes provide children with fundamental skills in critical thinking, logical reasoning and debate. They learn to disagree respectfully, to challenge ideas and to support their arguments with considered evidence rather than according to habit or peer pressure. They use these skills within the class to discuss ethical issues and consider decisions that affect them, their family and friends and the rest of the world.

The world class Primary Ethics curriculum is tailored by age so that the matters under discussion are relevant to your children and their world.

The skills they acquire accompany them into adulthood.
