Dr Anwarul Islam? More like Dr Pisswarul Idiot. His performance is very bad. He burps and is no help at all. He is very rude and he yells at you. He knows NOTHING about medicine. When I got sick he just told me to drink water and didn't give me any medication on get me checked out. I recommend not going to that fked up dr. And paying 2 dallars for the parking? have you effn lost your minds.

Going to name and shame here. Came in to see any doctor regarding concerns about my cough. Saw Dr Latifa Salem. She was so rude, arrogant and condescending. Horrible at building patient rapport, showed no care whatsoever. Extremely unprofessional in the way she carried herself. Said I had nothing to worry about. A few days later, saw local GP, diagnosed with bronchitis. I can excuse the rudeness as she may have just had a bad day, but if she can't even do her job properly, then seriously, pick up a book.

I'll start with the three positive features that determined my patronage of this medical centre for as long as it has...but not for much longer, I may add. They are: 1. easily accessible, reasonably priced on-site parking; 2. availability of an Australian doctor with whom I can conduct an articulate conversation/consultation; 3. Convenient on-site facilities such as X-ray, Ultrasound, blood tests, treatment rooms, day surgery practice, and a specialists suite. Now for the bad news! Whilst the building is impressive at first glance and was refurbished a couple of years ago, a second glance reveals a displeasing lack of maintenance in both the building interior, as well as the external car park and grounds. It is regrettable that the clients of this medical centre demonstrate untidy and/or unhygienic behavior/habits but I expect that the manager/s compensates for this problem by having more frequent cleaning/maintenance than is perhaps necessary in other Primary Health Care centres elsewhere. The level of littering in the car park and the grounds is simply unacceptable. Whilst I find this littering upsetting enough, I do shrink in disgust at the absolutely filthy chairs in the ground floor waiting area that are atop a stained fitted carpet. Those chairs need to be refurbished (if not replaced) with a hard-wearing leather or quality vinyl upholstery fabric that can be easily wiped clean. The current fabrics are quite unsuited to the task of children jumping on the chairs with dirty shoes, and children as well as adults consuming food and drink with inevitable spillages. The fitted carpet should be replaced with tiles such as the ones featured elsewhere in the building. Why those existing 'decor' choices were made at the time of the building refurbishment defeats all logic! As it so happens. there appears to be no signage that sets out rules concerned food/drink consumption in the waiting room - at least, I have not noticed any. Desk staff are seen to be turning a blind to unacceptable behaviour, whether it be food/drink consumption and/or children running wild. The the manner and professionalism of the staff varies widely and it is a matter of luck which staff member one encounters on a given day. Some of the staff are highly unprofessional in their manner and demeanour. At my one experience of a treatment room I encountered a magnifying lens (with light) that was so smudged and grotty that I offered my personal spectacle lens cleaner to the attendant staff in order to correct the matter. She declined to accept the offer, did not apologize for the state of the equipment, and she certainly did not go and clean the lens. I hate to think of the potential health risks if that slack, unprofessional attitude prevails in other hygiene aspects of the treatment rooms. In conclusion, the 'suggestion box' found on the reception desk is there purely for decoration, or so it would appear. I have put in several complaints/suggestions outlining the issues I detailed above. No action has been taken by the Primary Health Care management! I cannot help but wonder how Canterbury-Bankstown City Council's health inspectors would view he unhygienic conditions prevailing in this medical practice.

I have been to several of the Dr's at this clinic and have found a trending pattern... care factor ZERO.

Wham bam thank you mam, in and out service where the diagnosis is wrong time and time again.

If you need a Dr's certificate this is the place for you!

Dr Abdullah is rude, uncaring and doesn't allow you to answer his questions without cutting in. Twice now he has made me feel like I was wasting his time, and I've left without any assistance, just advice on the obvious or what I was already doing. Just recently I came as I had trouble breathing, he would quickly dismiss my concerns and tell me that I have nothing to worry about - I'm an asthmatic and when I'm sick my preventer/ventolin is not enough. But according to him I was fine.. that's why I dragged myself into the winter air to be told that I should just use my ventolin. I went into hospital after, and used the machine that they also have at the bansktown medical centre (which I have been put on before my there).

I do not recommend his lack on empathy to anyone who cares about their health.

I will start with the positives : the building is nice and huge and looks well maintained , there is paid parking which is useful. That's all I can say that is positive . The negatives are more, the first and worst thing I experienced here was when I took my son who had a swollen red face and the right eye lid ( which arose the day after a visit to a dentist for a general check and clean ) the GP a Dr Duraid Haddad just looked at him and we were in the room for 1 - 2 minutes max and didn't even check his temperature or ask any medical history he just prescribed antibiotics and go to the dentist ( I was anyway straight after). The GP seemed like he was rushing us to get out the room after signing a form ( his payment no doubt). I went back to the dentist who said that my son had to go straight to hospital emergency and she wrote a letter to give them with an X-ray she took. My son was at the kids ward a total of 4 days and in emergency his temperature was very high . I don't understand how these kind of doctors at this GP practice get qualified ! Pathetic. Secondly the chemist here is over priced , an antibiotic here is almost double than that of one down the street.

Very nice building with secure paid parking. Easy access emergency drop offs and pickups at the front.

The doctors courtesy and overall care is average, some are total lost causes, I'm not sure how on earth they became doctors? Others on the other hand are fairly decent and reasonably attentive.

This place has an X-Ray machine, pathology lab, EKG room and day time surgery. There is also a fairly good pharmacy inside, a dentist and generally friendly staff but not overly.

I guess what makes me come to this place is the pretty building, and the parking facilities.

Honestly if I could give it no stars I would. Spent two hours here also. I have been coming here for the past twelve years but have never seen it this bad. Long wait with only 3 drs on today. On top of all this they charge you for parking also. I have als noticed the level of care has deteriorated. I definitely won't be back.

Pathetic service. I spent nearly 2 hours waiting with a bleeding foot to see a doctor, and the patients who had arrived over an hour after I did were being seen to first. When I spoke to the receptionist and told him I was leaving his reply was simply "Oh OK". Not a word of apology, nor an offer to help. He was far more interested in playing with his phone, than helping patients. Pathetic! I have been going to this medical centre for at least 10 years, and its level of service, care and interest in the patients is all but non-existent now. Its all just about making money now. I will NOT be going back. If your looking for a medical centre that is interested in actually helping people, rather than just making money, then this is not the one for you. Look elsewhere, I certainly will be. The only reason I have given even 1 star is so I could make this post.

Lovely doctors however the receptionists can be very RUDE, specially up stairs where the specialist docs are.

User

The staff is very rude. They don't know how to treat others.

Doctors and all staff members are nice and well behaved. However, this medical center's management is crap. All the chairs are dirty and carpet had mould. Wrote a letter to the manager but no action was taken. Very disappointed.

User

i went to a doctor to check on my allergy and my blood result. he said come back and see me again to talk about your blood result! Just to bulk bill twice . No wonder why government want to privatize medicare
