In December 2015, one of Sydney’s finest examples of art deco glamour opened its doors as the 5 star Primus Hotel Sydney.
Perfectly positioned in the heart of the city, this heritage-sensitive refit of the former Sydney Wa-ter Board headquarters has breathed new life into an iconic 1930’s building.
The hotel showcases a lobby bar, an adjoining all-day dining restaurant, rooftop pool, The Wilmot, and con-ferencing and event spaces underpinned by a modern design philosophy.
The generously sized 172 rooms and suites feature lavish contemporary interiors that create an authentic and engaging experience for both leisure and corporate guests.

From 2nd - 15th July, the usual flower arrangements in our lobby will be gifted to children in Jiangxi Province in rural China.
All donations from guests and the cost of the flower arrangements will be donated to provide funds and resources for the 'Discover the World Through One Eye' 2018 project, which aims to inspire students in nine schools located in Wang Village, Shangrao Town.
Village school in rural China, where 65% of China's population reside, face many challenges... with inadequate funding and resources. The students who are often brought up in poor living conditions, separated from their parents, develop mental illness and deepened insecurities.
Through 30 days of photography lesson, the students will be taught how to record daily life through a camera. The aim of the project is to encourage the children to see the beauty that surrounds them, build self-confidence and find a sense of self that allows for them to be motivated to study and ultimately, dream of a better future.
The images exhibited around the lobby in lieu of our usual flower arrangements are a curated selection of photos taken by students from Shanghai Violet School for Migrant Workers who participated in the project in 2017.

One bad point-
We got a king Delux room on level one , but must say it was very noisy. We where kept awake majority of the night with cars, buses and trucks and screaming people. Would recommend getting a room at the back, and I feel the staff should of explained it could be noisy.
The food and drinks where great on level seven and the Wilmot and also the buffet breakfast.
