Private Fleet Car Brokers

We recently brought a vehicle through Private Fleet, this was the worst experience ever! Whilst the told us that they would get us the best price from our local dealer this was in fact not the case. The "best price" was plus a fee which i would not have had to pay if i had just gone to my local dealer and they would have saved me money for dealing local. The new car was delivered off the back of a truck dirty (order said delivered in immaculate condition) and we had no idea how anything worked. We were advised to go to the local agent to find out how the functions did work and the dealer told us that they would help but there would be a labor fee per hour to teach us as they were not the selling dealer. Whilst I was upset to hear this, I understand how they must feel knowing that I wasn't supporting local and i brought a car from someone as they described it "a car brokerage" not a true legit fleet company as the their name is a play on words. If you get a price from Private Fleet, take it to your dealer and talk to them before giving Private Fleet a deposit.

Vehicle turned up with wrong accessories, refused to take responsibility to resolve the issue. Going to cost nearly $7500 to get correct accessories fitted. Took over a month to get my deposit back since vehicle was paid for in full, they initially lied about even having it.

Friendly and helpful staff. Got me a good price on my new Hyundai.An easy and comfortable way to buy a new vehicle. Would definitely recommend Private Fleet.

Best and easiest way to buy a car!! Decide on the car you like and then let the team get a great deal for you. This is the second time I have used this service and I cannot speak highly enough of them. Car was delivered to my door by the dealer a week after they negotiated a great price which my dealer said was impossible to match. Thanks Prviate Fleet!

Received excellent service from the Private Fleet consultant, their contract official and also the dealer that delivered our car. The trade-in process also went well and their was no need to shop the car around - Private Fleet did that. I was happy with the trade-in price and the overall drive-away price was considered better than I could have received at a dealer. The process was was efficient, quick, professional and everyone was helpful and courteous.

Cant speak more highly about my new car purchasing experience with Private Fleet. Came across them by default as was intending to use another company offering the same type of service but no regrets there. Car was sourced to my specs, price negotiated without a drop of perspiration, paid for and delivered in a few days. I'd recommend anyone in the market for new car to contact these guys and grab a top deal.
