Bought a car in NSW and got it delivered to my house in QLD. Everything was on time and the service was great. Highly recommend

Second time I have used Prix Transport Queensland to Western Australia and 12 months later Western Australia to New South Wales. Booking Staff were very helpful and the pickup and delivery drivers phoned before they arrived and turned up on time. Very polite and professional staff all round. Both times were a great success. My car arrived in the same condition it left and it was delivered door to door and before the estimated time, which was really great as I needed to hire a car for the interim time. Thank you so much. I would definitely use Prix Transport again and recommend to anyone who is thinking of transporting their prized possession.

Very Rude. Customer Service is stinking terrible def not human. Once money is processed forget about the rest. Please guys use ceva logistics for transport big regret for me. Never seen a company like this in my life. They love keeping cars at a depo for weeks and dont deliver before time even if its going to make customer happy.
Be Cautious. Dont Pay. You will regret big time just like I am and will stress out. They damage cars dont take responsibility. Its a huge windfall. BE CAREFULL! Guys out there you want transport use Ceva Logistics for the best comfort in service customer service is great !

Brash, rude and cold customer service staff member. Was in the process of booking online but canceled as soon as I spoke to this girl. First girl customer service person who quoted was good but this girl made me take my business elsewhere on attitude alone.

Starting to get suspicious about these guys. They schedule delivery dates to the dealer and then don't do it and reschedule. Won't tell me if they have damaged it and are hiding until it can be fixed. 8 cars went from the dock to the dealer. 2 went into hiding at the holding yard at Minto. You have to be suspicious when they start hiding from you!

Pickup truck broke down twice! Before pickup and after my car was supposedly in transit. I am a very dissatisfied customer at the moment because I am still waiting - day2 past delivery date!
