3 rooms carpet cleaning for $120 in the Sydney CBD, great work!

Very poor service. Carpet was supposed to be steamed/stain removal/deodorised. Previous tenant left carpet in bad condition so I needed professional help. The person who 'cleaned' my carpet didn't appear to use any chemical products. Just hot water from my kitchen sink. I was observing them. They sprayed the carpet with plain water then vaccuumed it up. No soap. Stains look exactly the same as before. No scent of any kind of cleaning products. Was supposed to be deodorised too. They didn't do anything. Total waste of money. Do NOT recommend. Would give zero stars. Unbelievable. Edit: Pic is the AFTER photo.

We have a 4-year old son and a 3-month old daughter so cleanliness is very important in our home. After they completed the job, it was like we had bought new carpets!
