Great dive shop good service friendly staff

Went diving with Bob and Guide Steve had a great day very friendly experienced and observant to what all divers are doing. Thanks Steve for spending the day on the Adelaide and showing me around I had a great time.

Went for a dive on the Adelaide with Bob and the team. Their level of knowledge and expertise is amazing, had an awesome time and even saw a big grey nurse hanging around the ship.

It is extremely rare that I write a bad review but this had to be done.
My husband and I usually shop at Dive Imports at Erina however we were looking for a closer local Dive shop to go to regularly as Erina is a fare drive.
On the weekend we went into Pro-Dive (who we have shopped through previously) and as soon as we mentioned that we usually go to Dive Imports Bob was an absolute D*ck head to me and my partner. He came across so rude and condescending and honestly couldn’t get us out of the shop any faster.
I was shocked that Bob acted like this knowing we were interested in buying 3 tanks, a torch and a semi dry suit. Now admittedly we didn’t lead on that we were going to buy the stuff that day but that shouldn’t matter. The point is we were willing to spend approximately $2500 and we were treated like sh*t.
I have dove with Bob once before and he was a bit of a D*ck on the boat but I thought he must have had a busy / bad day so I thought nothing of it.
I will NEVER spend a dollar at his shop ever again.
P.S. the young guy that works here is actually really good and extremely helpful ... pity he doesn't own the shop
And the lady that works here is really nice but unfortunately doesn't know her stuff (always getting things wrong, not sure if she realises it or not). We have spoken to many people about this and they all agree so it’s not just us. She is very nice though!

An amazing experience! The lovely people at pro-dive have awesome staff, knowledgable instructors and they are so accommodating. I just completed my open water certificate and I want to continue diving! I won't be going anywhere else to learn and get my equipment.

I completed my open water dive course with pro dive Killarney vale, Bob and Tina were both lovely, polite and knowledgeable people to deal with, while Tony our instructor was fantastic at teaching all the necessary requirements in a safe and comfortable environment!
Thank you so much guys you made the whole experience so enjoyable.

Just went for a dive today with Bob from Pro Dive. Supper nice fella and good at reading people. We really just wanted a ride out to the Adelaide for two dives and he was more then happy to help out 😁

I would highly recommend it these guys for a nice dive! As a hint go for the early boat if you want two dives and you will avoid the worst of the afternoon wind 😉
