About Probody Fitness & Training

ProBodyFT offers Personal Training & Small Group fitness programs in the comfort of a rural picturesque setting in Denham Court.

We specialise in Burning Fat & Building a Lean Athletic Physique using fast efficient workouts for all ages.

Probody Fitness & Training Description

ProBodyFT's principle trainer is Janusz Prociuk.

Janusz graduated from Western Sydney University with a Bachelor of Health Science (Sport and Exercise Science).

Janusz has been involved in sport and fitness his whole life, training friends and family from a young age. He is passionate about fitness, and wants to share his knowledge and experience with everyone and anyone that he can.

His sporting career included athletics, swimming, gymnastics and many various team sports however Judo became his passion. Janusz successfully competed in Judo over a period of more than 10 years.

His experiences in the NSW Judo Squad and in the Australian National Judo Team taught him valuable lessons in developing strength and fitness for combat sports, whilst staying within specific weight categories. Coupled with his studies at WSU, Janusz has been able to include some of these techniques to develop programs to keep his clients Lean & Ripped year round, and to inspire and motivate others to reach their goals through exercise.
