Love my nails. Professional service despite of how busy they are

Don't go here I had SNS replaced instead of soaking them off they pylled them off taking my nails with them. I went in with long nails came out with the shortest nails possible. none of them which shape to the same shape and apolling job.

The staff were rude, the pedicure was over in 7 mins, and the place is very unclean. Worst Pedicure i have ever had.

Dirty file, disinterested and not very friendly. I was taught in nail college that if a nail artist pulls out clippers, to run a mile which is what I did. Very low standard indeed.

I wouldn't recommend that place. It's already pricier then usual. At the end the girl who did my nails said sorry I misscalculated, this is your new price, and charged me more.What the heck!! I had to quickly remove my nail polish. This one was just slightly cheaper that why I choose it. But at the end she charged me more! Very abrupt and harsh work as well. Then, while my nails were soaking she took another customer, told me she will be back after 10 min but she took way longer. While other girls were just chatting not even paying attention that I have been sitting there for a while.

I would not got back there.

Absolutely disappointed with the service. Very rushed. I repeated myself on what I wanted multiple times and still fell on deaf ears. A lot pricier than other nail salons I've been too ($50 for infills and polish). Couldn't file nails straight and the guy that works there is shocking. Smirked in my face and rolled eyes when I didn't agree with what he was saying. Never going back again. Definitely a waste of money.

Hannah did a wonderful job on my nails. She didn't rush through like other salons I've been to and I look forward to seeing her again next time.

Poor quality SNS, chippped within days and rude service when I went back to enquire about having fixed. Reluctantly staff pffered to fix the chipped/cracked nails even though 7/10 were damaged. I suggested thr issue could be because there didnt appear to be a base coat used however was made to feel like the problem was with my nails and so walked out.
I have been getting SNS for years and never have I experienced such poor quality or unprofessional service. I was made to feel like I was the inconvenience even though it is I that was about to have to waste another hour or time getting something fixed because it wasn't done properly in the 1st place.

Did acrylic extensions. Affordable, did a quick and okay job. But they take a lot of walk ins so their staff may start to rush when doing your nails, so quality may differ. Painting and the extension were fine, just that when she was using the electric file she went a bit too close to my nail bed and a big chunk of flesh came off. Maybe if she didnt rush it wouldnt have happened. But overall their french / painting arent bad. Also, when doing acrylic extensions they dont cut your cuticles / do other manicure stuff, they literally go straight to putting the acrylic on. So you would need to go back for a fill quite soon after.

The lady who did my nails made them too pointy and kept telling me they would look ugly and fake if I had them done the way I wanted them done. However, I've had them done like that before and really liked them. I wish the lady had listened to me. I may not come back here.

The ladies were lovely and they did a fabulous job, my nails have never looked so good!

Best massage ever with pedi and medi there! The girl named Michelle will definitely gonna pleased all the customers with her friendliness and OMG the massage is perfect 😘😘❤️❤️Love it

Best pedicure ever!

By far the worst nail salon I've been to. It took over 3.5 hours to have my acrilycs removed, a manicure and my toes painted (no pedicure). The technicians kept rotating and I think I had probably 5 or 6 different ones by the end. When it came time to paint my toes, one lady crawled under the table to do them....WHAT?!?! Surely that can't be the norm!

I get my nails done religiously and this is the worst job I've ever had done. I got French tips with a light white base, the polish was unevenly applied (darker in some spots then others) and the tips were not the same width on each nail. The paint on my toes was equally as bad with the sides of most nails being not painted at all.

After 3 hours all I wanted to do was get the heck out of there. I ended up at Golden Nails (highly recommend) 2 days later to get them re-done.

I suggest avoiding this place like the plague.

Payed $80 for 2 pedicures. Was not worth it one bit, hardly massaged our legs or feet. Did a half ass job cutting and fileing our toe nails. When she painted my nails I had to make her go back and paint the other half of my nails on several toes that she missed. I will never go back, so over prised for such poor service.

Very rude, expensive and dirty place

Pretty disappointed!! I had my nails done I did a shellec pedicure and SNS manicure.. they told me all up $85 then when I went To paybthe charger me extra $5 to manicure my hands and a extra $5 to take off my previous shellac?? Which was fine.. but my friend was being charged extra to file her nails into coffin shape????? I've never heard of this bullishit.!! Do yourselves a favour and don't come here. They are money hungry..!!

Horrible people at Miranda they charged me extra because apparently my underarms are very hairy so it costs them extra wax. They discriminate people and charge extra money depending on how hairy you are. I can't believe they are allowed to do that. They don't have a sign warning you about it either. Never going there again
