Would not recommend . Made an offer on a property. Was told the vendor would never accept an offer that low. 8 weeks later it's for sale 10k cheaper than my offer. Thats what you get for not considering all offers.

Worst agency I have ever had the misfortune to deal with. Unethical and unprofessional behaviour - as an investment purchaser I was shocked that they would consider gazumping a buyer to be ok, and that they seemed pleased with themselves about it. Definitely don't negotiate a purchase with this crowd, they will show you no respect.
