Sarah Savvas is a corporate trainer who specialises in driving sales through exceptional customer service. With a degree in Media & Communications and qualifications in Business Management and Corporate Training, as well as having owned two hospitality based businesses of her own, Sarah has a keen understanding and appreciation for the importance of exceptional service when looking to increase sales and grow a business.

Sarah believes that for many years, customer service has been severely lacking in Australia, but that what we are currently seeing is an emerging trend being driven by some of Australia’s largest corporate players, which is seeing a shift of focus from ‘sales at any cost’ to a much more customer centric focus. She believes that what we are seeing is the re-emergence of a Service Culture.

Sarah is passionate about helping to rebuild this service culture in Australia and her training focuses on helping large organisations to understand both the meaning and the significance of building a service culture and then understanding how to harness that culture to drive sales and ultimately boost their bottom line.
