Prop, People Reaching Out To People Description

People Reaching Out to People (PROP) is a mental health education campaign focused on addressing the underlying stigma often associated with depression and anxiety.

Much of our mental health ‘awareness’ is littered with harmful stigma, borne out of outdated social standards.

As long as our awareness is even partially influenced by this stigma, our ability and confidence in engaging with loved ones, friends, and workmates will be compromised.
