MYTH 1 – If I talk to my GP about my prostate health it will lead to a finger exam BUSTED – A digital rectal examination (DRE) is no longer the recommended first line test for prostate cancer. Your GP will discuss whether testing is the right course of action for you. If you decide to get tested, then it is likely to be a PSA test. This is a simple blood test. You can keep your trousers on. #GetChecked

PCFA would like to thank His Excellency the Honourable Hieu Van Le and Mrs Le A for hosting a reception at Government House in Adelaide to acknowledge the hard work done by the PCFA, donors, sponsors, volunteers, support group members and staff.
I also find your ads in womens' toilets in Darwin deplorable. Firstly it is not a pity race. Secondly, what do you expect women in a toilet to do about it? None of the ad makes any sense to me and it is just maddening. Surely there are a million other ways to engage people in this issue. I am so mad about it I will also complain to Casuarina Shopping Square.
