I was the only one in store and I didnt get attention for a while until i asked a lady about a pair of earrings, gave me the shortest non polite answer (didnt even say hi), bad customer service. I chose earrings so she gave me the demo model, I asked for a new pair but she looked at me so rudely like as if i were asking for such an inconvenience to pull out a new pair, I told her I feel strange about putting earrings in that customers have touched, she looked as if I were so strange and she said they were fine to wear so I felt obliged to say ok the demo will be fine. regrets because I wore them for a 3 hours and one of the earrings fell out and is now lost. Ive never lost earrings but i assume the backing of the earrings had been played with a lot so it became loose. $250 down the drain and bad customer service, never going back.

Great customer service, very helpful and great product knowledge also shoutout to the little old lady who I think may be the Manager (sorry didn't remember name) but she was a great laugh and had amazing salesmanship. Would highly recommend.
