The staff at PRP Mona Vale, went well and truly out of their way to help me , their patience trying to find a vein and then under ultra sound with success . I've had no problems with PRP Imaging, sometimes it's busy and have to wait but that's life..

Great service from professional staff most of the time. Comfortable, clean and stylish furnishing. Only downside was that they dont seem to give you 3D imaging of ultrasounds.

New building with nice big parking. However I was very disappointed by the reception staff who was not friendly at all. Technical staff was very professional.

Recently underwent two procedures at PRP Wollongong - a liver biopsy and a dual-isotope medical imaging scan - and couldn't have been happier with the efficiency, care and professionalism of all involved. Thanks PRP!

Fast service but reception staff are not friendly. The receptionist called me when i was running 10 minutes late, telling me "you were meant to be here 10 minutes ago"...granted i was 5 mins late and did not call beforehand, however, i do not need to be treated rudely

I took my husband here for some tests and I was so happy with the level of service. Staff are friendly, efficient and understanding. I would would definitely come back here. I would recommend this place to anyone.

They'll hook you up to an MRI and say "Oh, you want to stuff your earplugs in yourself on a sweaty day? Tssk. Typical man, guess a woman can't do the job can she!" - this legitimately came out of an employees mouth at this "service provider". Proceeded to zap me with no warning that it could feel uncomfortable. "Oh remember that time someone's face burnt off that time in Hornsby because they had a tattoo? Adam is it. Come on in." - (More things they said)

One more, I didn't get my diagnostic report back.

You usually don't have to wait long, and it's a pleasant and professionally run centre. The receptionists looked after my toddler for me while I got an X-ray.

A receptionist was not considerate with people's circumstances. I have a pensioner card as a sole parent and I wasn't happy when the receptionist announced that I have the card. ( She actually told me to show the card so bloody loud in front of other people & they all heard that !! ) Then I noticed a few people glanced at me & another receptionist looked back at me....

An efficiently run centre.

Was referred here for a CT Scan, and had an amazingly smooth experience. Service was professional from the first phone call to the end of the scan. Easy as!

Dr Phil Lucas is amazing!! He is extremely talented and very professional. He has got me out of severe pain on several occasions with his steroid injections. His friendly manner makes you feel instantly comfortable. I have recommended many friends and family and they all agree!!!

Poor customer service, shuffling around with my appointment and made me wait over 1 hour to be seen

Great. In and out quite quickly. Very helpful and friendly service. Not sure why the bad reviews, I've been there 3 times recently with a broken toe, CT scan and son's fractured elbow (I know what a year!), and every time has been great.
