Awareness is the key to my work. The more awareness we have, the more choices we can make, leading to greater satisfaction and fulfilment in our lives.

Process-oriented Psychology and Narrative Therapy are core influences to my approach. Process work seeks to unfold the range of signals which become evident in any challenging life situation, believing there is a “dreaming process” or deeper wisdom which may lead to meaningful insight and understanding. Narrative values the range of stories we tell about our circumstances and encourages creativity in finding ways to contextualise our experience which may serve us better.

Shamanism sees life as a journey or quest, and the challenges along the way are tests to be embraced, explored and lived fully.
My spiritual aspirations believe that our work is always endeavouring to move toward the “light” and that the deepest intention behind all our processes is “love”.
