Pulse Child Care Crew is a specialist recruitment agency dedicated to providing early childhood carers to centres on a casual relief, short term, contract and permanent basis.

We were the first agency of its kind to set up in Sydney. As a result, we have a large number of client centres that have used our service for years and have high expectations regarding the quality of staff we provide.

In order to meet our clients’ expectations we follow a strict recruitment process, including our face-to-face interview and early childhood work related reference checking.

We also provide our child care workers with specific guidelines and policies to clarify our expectations of them.

In return, we provide our child care workers with a variety of work opportunities in both Early childhood and OOSH centres which we believe are suited to their training, experience and needs. It is our aim to offer you quality placements in your chosen age group or speciality.

Each month one of our child care workers receives our Employee of the Month award certificate and a gift voucher. These awards are to reward our casual relief staff for work well done, and are issued following positive feedback from our clients or consultants.

The nature of casual relief work is such that we can never honestly guarantee work. We can let you know from previous years and recent bookings what the likelihood is of us keeping you busy. There may be times when you are not as busy as you would like to be as well as times when we are so busy you will have the choice of several shifts each day.

However the more flexible you are the more opportunities we can offer you.
Whilst our consultants always endeavour to find you work as close to where you live as possible, there may be times when we ask you to travel a little further. This is only after we have exhausted all other options and as always it is up to you whether you take the shift or not.
