Pure Arts Communications Description
Dr Louise Merrington started Pure Arts Communications after realising that an equivalent of science communication - where practitioners are trained in both science and communications to serve as a bridge between scientists and the wider public - did not exist in the humanities, arts and social sciences. She is passionate about helping academics, artists and other practitioners in these disciplines bring their work to a wider audience.
With this goal in mind, Pure Arts Communications provides a variety of communications and outreach services to those working in the humanities, arts and social sciences. These services include training courses, editing and formatting, and working with organisations and individuals to develop strategic communications plans.
