Pure Dental is a team of dedicated people led by Dr Julia Chang. We are Family Oriented Dental Surgery and provides all the facets of Dentistry and special interests in Oral Implants and Oral Rehabilitation.

Needle Free Dentistry has arrived at Pure Dental in Lindfield. The principal dentist, Dr. Julia Chang has embraced the new technology, the revolutionary Needle Free Injection for Local Anaesthesia in her practice. She always strives to give her patients the state of the art, up to date technology and innovative new ideas in her practice. As soon as it was available, she embraced the technology. Her patients are benefitting from it tremendously. If the enormous overseas take-up of the product was any indication, Injex would soon be changing the way Australians felt about trips to the dentist.
Her interests lie on Cosmetic Dentistry and modern dental diseases such as Worn Dentition and Oral Implants. She has completed the Post Graduate Diploma in Clinical Dentistry (Oral Implants) in Sydney University in 2007.
