Yoga, barre, stretch, breath, dance in their purest form. Yoga in an accessible form to all, Georgia Rose is certified and recognised as a Yin, Restorative, Aerial and Pre + Post Natal Yoga teacher.

Georgia Rose is available for large and small group classes and private one on one sessions.

Private sessions designed for the unique individual- each program designed for one specific person based on goals, injuries and the life of the client. We are all unique beings, so a program for one person will be different from every other. Individuals are able to work with Georgia in person at a studio space, in the comfort of their own homes or other venues. Online sessions are also available. Continuing support with check ins and focuses are just a small part of what Georgia Rose wishes to share.

Yoga approached with a focus on integrity of alignment, balancing flexibility and strength. A blend of Vinyasa,
Iyengar and Ashtanga building a kinaesthetic awareness and connection to the physical body. Working from
the foundation of asana practice in order for the body to move and flow with ease and carry into everyday life.
Every class, every pose has a purpose and intention behind it to allow the unification of breath and body- space
to meditate through movement and have a moment to oneself.

Georgia is an ex professional dancer- starting at age 5 she began her career as a ballet and contemporary dancer when she was 16 dancing in Newcastle, Sydney and the USA. Injury ended her dance path but lead her to yoga.
Starting her yoga practise in 2010, her passion and life path is to carve out a career looking at how mind, body, spirit balance is able to reverse and prevent disease. Adding yoga to her studies in Nutrition and Public Health seemed only natural.
Yoga complemented the healing process and rehab for her injuries and maintains her physical body (and more importantly her mind and spirit) today.
Yoga enriched and changed her life and is a practice she wishes to share with as many people as possible.
Internationally qualified and certified with Yoga Alliance International she continues her academic studies and is building her experience and knowledge with her passion to learn and share with all.
