Have had to check my car in twice in the past year and they are outstanding!
The main guy waited back after the shop closed to hand me my keys back - on his anniversary!
Second time Maddie was super helpful with me navigating the courtesy car process and keeping me up to date with my car's progress.
Hopefully won't need than again, but happy to see them again if I do.

Extremely rude people. I was abused for no reason. Just a bunch of feral westies.

I rang to ask if I could drive and and get a quote, they said 'no you have to make an appointment for that' so I did. 1 week later I go there for the quote and the guy looks at my car and says I will need to make some enquiries and will email you the quote. I said Ok. 1 month later NO QUOTE. Ridiculous. Bad service. Do not go there. It seems like they didn't want my business because it was a simple small $1500 job which I was paying for myself rather than go through insurance. Stay Away

Highly recommended. They looked after my new Mazda CX-5 which was damaged by a hail storm in Pymble. They managed my hail repair, via a specialist dent repairer, and quality checked the work. I have used them in the past for other panel repairs and will do so in future.

Extremely poor customer service, gave commitment but failed to deliver, didn't even bother to call back and update me as a customer, after months and months of chasing, denied at the end, strongly not recommended

Very poor . New proprietor is rude almost aggressive. Repair Job was rushed and completed weeks earlier than quoted , panels were put back on incorrectly leaving uneven gaps. Then he rudely stated that the panels had not moved and COLD NOT BE fixed. It could be Partly the panel beaters fault but defended his actions and his choice of panel beater quite rudely and put words in my mouth. Previous owner was lovely and professional. New owner is definitely not. We were unaware it had changed hands. We Will not be going back again .

Terrible Customer Service, no willing to organize a simple assessment unless vehicle stay there the full day. Probably they have too much business. Lack of competition does that..

Had a job done once. Worked efficient with the insurance companies which makes me believe that they specialise in that sort of thing.
