I just came in at the reception there is a lady called Sarah
She is really unprofessional and rude
Its written gold on my membership
She is telling me it doesn't mean sapphire
We are in Australia here!
I literally had to go to the website and show here that it means same thing
I recommend Qantas to train the lady
She also seem to have some serious problem with foreign looking people
Its my first domestic trip and I am totally horrified by her attitude
