Very slow in helping me with an order they ran out of. Took 2 weeks to tell me they had run out - then another week to call about a refund - then another 6 days for the refund....

I rarely rate, but my patience has run out. Today is 31 May 2017, and my order, made on 22 March was supposed to arrive no later than 1 April. After calling in mid April since it hadn't arrived, I was told they were out of what I ordered and I'd get a callback on the following Monday to offer replacement. No callback, so I called again on that Thursday. When I got through (after 10 minutes of incessant recordings thanking me for my patience) I re-iterated my issue, only to be told there was no record of my initial call in their computer (profuse apologies!), but I was back where I started. Rang back several days later, spoke with a different person who told me they still hadn't determined what they could send me, and she'd call me when she knew. She kept her word, rang me the next day and I accepted the replacement offer... Now here I sit, 8 days later, 2 full months after my order was supposed to arrive, again listening to the same incessant recording and will no doubt have to start at the beginning when an operator finally gets to me. I've written this entire review whilst listening... (PS would prefer zero stars, but can't 'post' with zero)... still waiting...
