We’re proud to announce professional paratriathlete Lauren Parker as QBE’s official ambassador. Lauren was a beneficiary of a QBE Accident and Health insurance policy following an horrific training accident in 2017 that left her paralysed from the waist down. Lauren went on to win bronze at the Gold Coast 2018 Commonwealth Games and has since become an inspiration to all Australians who are in awe of the spirit she has shown during her return to competition. We’re pleased to announce we donated a total of $62,923 to Rural Aid’s Buy a Bale campaign by matching the Sydney Swans Foundation’s $10,000 donation and the $1 donated by the SCG Trust for every supporter who attended Saturday night’s AFL and NRL games in the precinct.
