Quadtree was founded by Electra Kolovos, combining 20 years of experience in retail sales and customer service with 10 years as a learning and development specialist.

Quadtree delivers a broad range of training and development programs to various levels within organisations, with a focus on leadership, training and facilitation, coaching, team building, sales and customer service, communication and emotional intelligence. Programs vary from nationally recognised qualifications to induction programs and customised learning programs.
