Quantum Martial Arts

Quantum Martial Arts teaches awesome Ju Jitsu, self defence and fitness classes, for both children and adults alike. We are located in North Sydney, Chatswood and The Rocks.

Quantum Martial Arts is dedicated to helping our students "build a better you" in all facets of life. We teach the Northstar Ju Jitsu system, which is a unique set of self defence programs for children and adults that integrates the traditional and best elements of jujitsu, taekwondo, judo and kickboxing.

Quantum Martial Arts is owned by Darren Higgs (4th Dan) and Ben Paul Owens (3rd Dan). Ben and Darren have over 25 years of collective martial arts experience, where we love helping students achieve their martial arts goals, including Black Belt and beyond.

Darren and Ben have competed successfully overseas, including Japan and, most recently, the ISJA World Championships in Poland 2013.

Darren and Ben are senior students of Sensei Andy Dickinson. Andy is one of martial arts highest achievers. Andy developed the Northstar Ju Jitsu system specifically for our hectic modern lives as a practice for not only self defence and fitness, but also personal growth.

We currently operate out of four locations at North Sydney, Chatswood, The Rocks and Woolloomooloo. All three are great locations and very safe for people to get to and from.
