You could say that we’re the oldest new bank on the block - previously known as Qantas Credit Union, we’ve been in banking for over 55 years with an investment grade credit rating and a full range of banking products including home loans, credit cards, personal loans and saving accounts.

Our Community Guidelines
We have a couple of guidelines to follow when posting on this page,

Do
- Share stories, post opinions, make comments.
- Be courteous to others when posting.

Don’t
- Share your personal information publicly – account details, passwords, phone numbers.
- Post content that is illegal (e. g. comments that are racist, homophobic, sexist) or that could be viewed as harassment or abuse.
- Post links to third party websites such as other commercial organisations, or that could be viewed as spam. Spamming activity will be blocked.

We want this page to be a friendly and supportive community, so we will remove any posts that break these rules. We will also block repeat offenders.

We’re here to help from 9am to 5pm AEST, Monday to Friday (though we will check the page from time to time outside of these hours).
