Good people there at night shift

Absolutely terrible! Do not go here!
I was waiting for over an hour for my car to be washed and the interior cleaned, when finally I got so annoyed I actually went into the workshop to ask where on earth my car is. I get pointed from person to person when finally, someone tells me my car is parked at the petrol station across the road. I go over to my car, the key is in the ignition, engine running, with no one monitoring it! Literally anyone could just get in and drive off. The inside was still dirty, with grit and dirt/mud that wasn't there when I gave the car in. Floor mats were filthy. I complained to the maanger and couldn't care less, went about talking to his friends while I was trying to show him the car.
The man who worked on my car was called over and he insisted that he called out the car but no owner came forward to claim it. I told him I was 100% sure he did not call out my car. He then says he did, he called out a Holden Commodore and no one came forward. My car is a CAPRICE! Am I supposed to assume that he meant Caprice when he said commodore?
There was no offer of a refund or anything.
To make matters worse, as I drove away, the engine light is on and saying low battery, because it was left running without being driven for so long. I tried to contact them but they are not responding.
Absolutely unbelievable. If I could give 0 stars I would.

Been going there for years. Fast service even though they're always very busy. Good results every time.

Very good cleaning and they always look after you but the only thing that they dont care about, is when they open the doors and when they closed it they do it so hardly its like they own the car, thats not a good thing if you are tired thats not my problem.
One day one of the stuff I saw him opening other car door so hard and it went all the way to the other SSV 2016 car front bumper and scratched it !
