No restaurant in this establishment.
No bath in the room and limited range of snacks/refreshments quite expensive.
On plus side, room had its own kitchenette with ok selection of cooking equipment.

Staff most helpful and friendly with any queries.

I am very disappointed with the poor service I received from this hotel. I travel frequently and this may be the worst I've encountered. I tried to cancel a reservation more than 3 weeks in advance and was told that regardless of the circumstances a refund for 3 nights (in which this hotel will likely sell out during new years) is not an option. The hotel came up under a search for Sydney hotels near the harbor. As it turns out the hotel is more than 25 minutes by train and roads to our destination for new years eve will be rerouted and blocked making our travel plans a challenge at best. Being from another country, I had to do quite a bit of research to realize this hotel was not located where advertised. I paid $600 for a room that will never see. They offer not even a partial refund and I cannot stay there. I wouldn't wish this type of service on my worst enemy. Do not book at this hotel (especially not a prepaid rate). What a scam.

What can I say.. It's a Quest.. Basic Features and service but always professional and standard. Wifi is great, Room Service doesn't always come everyday... 3 Stars is my rating of the Hotel Services... The staff, cleanliness and location are great.

Comfortable,spaceful apartment, have kitchen, tableware n even food n drink available to cook n eat, need to pay, but remember to bring personal hiegene items like tooth brush n paste, also shave blade. At this moment there is construction under going, fromPM 07:00 to AM 05:00, can consider if you do not like much noise.

Web should clearly state you need to book parking and that they can book it. Walked a mile from parking at p3 as they didn't respond to my requests to book parking. Rooms nice enough. Got in before the gouging began. But couldn't get a response from my three emails asking about a second night. When i got there their internet was down.

Pretty nice, nicer than I expected except a bit lacking in parking.. It's $40 for safe parking but they oversell it so there's a chance if you come in late there won't be a spot

Room was okay but very disappointing stay
1. Central heating/cooling system made constant whirring sounds every 5-10mins, could not sleep unless I used the provided earplugs (which were actually for the construction nearby), worst sleep ever
2. Bed and pillows weren't comfortable
3. No hairdryer in the room - told to wait 1-2hrs for the reception staff to find/get one? slept with damp hair as towels can only do so much
4. Parking is charged...other Quests I've been to provide not only complimentary parking and wifi but also better customer service

Would have been a perfect stay if the view wasn't a whole lot of construction. Didn't mind too much because it was only a weekend stay, but I'd be annoyed if I were there longer. Expensive for what it is but comfortable nonetheless. Staff were great.

The rooms could have been cleaned better. The bed was clean but the floor, particularly in the bathroom was dirty. The smell was also not pleasant. The bathroom had a moldy smell, which was off-putting. Power points near bed are inconveniently located, I physically had to move the drawer to charge my phone. With all that being said, the staff were friendly.

Apartment style hotel that our outfitted with a kitchen and the basics you need to cook and self serve. The hotel itself doesn't offer a breakfast buffet. Overall condition of rooms is just okay, window less bathrooms are very humid and the gym is run down. Would not recommend for longer stays.

Do not stay here if you require any form of "service". We were booked in for a month with partners work as we were relocating. Rooms should of been serviced daily, despite multiple requests and complaints rooms would of been serviced only 50% of the time. We continually had to ask for items like toilet tissue as they would only leave 1 roll at a time and at one stage did not service the room for 5 days! Large cockroaches found in kitchen area and all furniture was completely uncomfortable. As we were staying for a month we asked for the mini bar to be removed so we could stock the fridge with items, was told there would be a "service fee" to remove the mini bar, so we stuffed it in the cupboard. Once when we were out and the cleaners did come in, they left the door ajar and completely unlocked right next to the elevator for I expect the entire day.

Nice rooms and comfortable it was great it had a microwave and stove. Great location but only a few restaurants around that will charge back to your room
