I called, was ignored. Then emailed feedback......no response. So here we go, my review from our visit last Saturday.



I considered long and hard about if i should message you but i am so annoyed i had to. I visited your cafe on Saturday late afternoon with my 6 year old son and husband. Exhausted, thirsty and hungry after a day walking around the city visiting art galleries. We currently live in Lane Cove and having visited your cafe previously i recommended coming again before we headed home for the evening.



Straight away we were greeted with an attitude, was it because we were wearing shorts and running shoes? It felt like it. We were discouraged from taking a seat and were asked to squash onto a tiny table. No one brought us water. I had to call someone over to ask for coffee. At this point we observed servers being super attentive to pretty much everyone else, the coffee itself was lukewarm and spilt in the saucer. The entite experience was disappointing.



We left immediately upon finishing our drink deciding not to stay for food, it would have been impossible to fit 3 plates on our table and the service we were receiving was dreadful. Very disappointed. Very annoyed.
