Working with Raffini was an absolutely wonderful experience. I had recently gotten engaged and the ring was a family heirloom from my grandmother. After searching online for jewelers I found Raffini and was immediately impressed with all of his great reviews and examples of his work. I contacted him via email and met with him shortly after to get the ring resized and also to strengthen the band. He provided me with a fair quote and finished the job in a timely manner while also communicating with me during the entire process. Raffini’s service was great. We are very happy with our rings and we would highly recommend him. We wanted our wedding bands really simple and they are really good but we could see he can also make amazing and personalized rings. I am an expat living in Sydney, and had no "diamond guy" here. A friend recommended Raffini, and it's the best piece of advice I've received. A surprise engagement abroad is enough to plan, so having Raffini supporting me through the diamond design and ring production process made things easier on me.

Raffini is a living example of how if you love your work, you never work a day in your life. This man loves his craft, and it shows in his final product. It is one-of-a-kind art, and he includes you in the design, creation, and review. He is a small shop, and it felt great to me that the jeweller and his work bench were right there when I arrived for the first time.

My girlfriend needed a resizing and he handled her with grace. She loves the ring, and I will be coming back for the wedding bands :).
