My first visit to this place and I think we picked a good day to do it. Smaller crowds due to an overcast day which kept the wait times down. Some of the rides need more staff as this will surely bring the wait times down on all rides. Food was the usual expensive fast fare but the cost for the unlimited slushys were my kids favourite. As we brought a season pass we will be back, so we will see how busy this place can get

You want to go on a ride? You wait in the line. you want to go buy food? You wait in the line. You want ice cream? You wait in the line. You want to go to the bathroom? Yep you guessed it! You wait in the line. Please come at 10am and stay till 8pm. Only then you will have the time to experience everything. I was there on a public holiday plus a very hot day plus school holidays. So that could also be the reason We waited alot but still. I hope everyone else has a better experience...

Excellent place for cycling and see the dam. During daylight savings it will close by 6.30 pm and non day light saving they close by 4.30 pm. Please plan accordingly. Very quite place not too much crowd when I visited. No noice very peaceful and also you feel bit cold compared to other place.

User

Big water theme park ... arrive early as the queues for some of the bigger rides can be long ... use your $25 NSW Dine & Discover pass towards the entry price here! Take your own food (non-fast food) as well! The big wave pool is fun for kids!

User

Great park for all the family. Food outlets offered the standard stuff IE hit dogs etc etc, but at reasonable prices.

Facilities all very clean with loads of staff making sure all was well. The day we went it was not that busy so ride waiting was short. Water rides for all the family.

I would recommend the park for any family for a great day out.

PS we had a group that had kids from 4 to 6 and they had a fantastic time .

User

Awesome experience. Friendly/excellent service, plenty of rest rooms and lockers throughout the entire area. Children's at area as well a sweet treats bar for your sweet tooth needs.

User

Visiting during spring time before the summer crowds hit!
We’ve had a brilliant family day out today.

User

It's a great place for the kids mum's and dad's as well food and drinks at a reasonable price it's great that we have a Waterpark in the western suburbs no where near as good as the gold Coast one must have a lot of 💰💰💰💰

User

Great place to take the kids, especially with the toddler section. Staff are very approachable. Need to work on their fast food section though - very slow and staff stand around doing nothing

User

Great place when not so crowded. Don't go during school holidays. You spend most of your time waiting in line. If you end up going on school holidays. Just chill in the wave pool

User

On weekdays it's great as it's nice and quiet and has really short line wait times. Would recommend a seasons pass. Super fun.

User

Big rip off.... you are forced to buy the crap they sell for inflated price besides the entry fee... you cannot take healthy food for your family inside.. forced to let your kids eat chips and burgers while this government is telling us to eat healthy food....Draconian law.. you cannot take any other named empty packet with you.. eg if you take water in a 7 eleven cup.. its a big deal the amusement will stop and communist will not let you in.. a tattoo of 7 eleven they will throw you out.. then you go and buy same thing for $10... not a great thing. Every country has this. robbery runs in the blood.

User

It's a great amusement water park.
Tap and play is a fantastic idea where you can reserve a time for your ride.
Hats off to the creativity of rides there, it's fun going down each ride though few are dull kids might still love it.
You will get exhausted climbing so many stairs but all worth it. I am sure we will burn down a lotta calorie if we tryout all the rides.
But While we are about to slide down on few rides we have to push ourselves down where we struggle a bit which could have been replaced with a slider. When ready to slide down it would lift up in a slanting way which will be easy and we need not push ourselves down.
Also we have to carry tubes all the way up for most rides in which we have to slide down and god it's so tough on the narrow stair way. But All the struggle is worth for the joy we get. Only few things like this could have been made more customer friendly then I can give 5stars.
Overall it's a great fun place to go along with family and friends.

Lots of fun but can get quite busy. On really hot days when everyone is there it can be quite painful. It's good to go on days it's a bit cooler, then it is not as crowed. Also when it is very hot and your going for the whole day it is very likely to get very tired and sunburnt. Keep that in mind. We have the season pass and so far it has been totally worth it. The food is overpriced but very tasty! Be sure to take your own snacks.

We had a great day. You can bring your own food. The website states that you can bring sandwiches, fruit, snacks, water, juice etc. we brought in food with no issues at all. Didn't get our bags checked either. Even though it was a hot day during the school holidays we didn't have to wait long for rides. There were plenty of free sunscreen stations and the staff were very helpful and friendly. A lady passed out in the heat and medical staff arrived very quickly to help her. There were many lifeguards so very safe. A fun day and we are looking forward to going back soon.

User

Fantastic! We had a great day out at Wet 'n' Wild Sydney. So much fun for ALL ages. I am pregnant so we upgraded to the VIP lounge which meant I could escape the heat whenever I needed to and the rest of the family could continue to have fun in the sun. Endless water, tea, coffee and snacks made it well worth the extra money. Great family day for all, we'll be back.

I enjoyed my wet n wild trip. We went mid week (not school holidays) and it was fairly quiet, though certainly not empty. We had a thunderstorm that shut the rides down and so had a great time after that with no queues as people had left, unfortunately it cut our time short there so check the weather before you go! Going as a couple I felt a bit let down that most of the rides were 3-4 people, which we couldn't see written on the website. The rides we did go on were okay, nothing special but certainly entertaining. The wave pool was great to hang out in and the electronic queue wrist bands will be great when it's busy. A big negative for me was the food, didn't enjoy that at all, was very bland and unappealing. But overall had fun but maybe not enough fun to justify the big cost to get in.

Pros: nice park. Rides were awesome for a 20 second joy ride.

Cons: where do i begin

1. The tap n play system needs to be scrapped. How dare you make others feel less privileged. Let other go ahead because they have the passes. Makes you feel like they don't want you there after spending all that money to get it.

2. The wait lines. Again stupid tap n play system. I waited in line for 2hrs in 41° heat and have severe burns to my back chest and shoulders (even after continuous applications of sunscreen). 2hrs for a 20 second joy ride while the tap n play people can go ahead and go on 10 times while others wait 2hrs for a go. Only ended up on 3 rides due to being so badly burnt and waited 2hrs in each line.

3. Your staff; where do i begin. They need to be more friendly and listen to the concerns of patrons in the park. When asked questions be able to answer them instead of saying I'm not sure or I dont know and then not follow it up. To make people feel like dirt when they have been waiting 2hr for a ride and tell us to wait as tap n play go first and keep pushing us back in line. Why not let the "less privilaged" as we now call it go first especially with the wait times.

4. The food. Waiting in line for 10 minutes with no movement with staff too busy talking to one another than serving. Then to see and hear people waiting ages for food after eventually being served. We ended up not getting food and waited till we left.

5. Appropriate items. Yous have the one main sunscreen station in the park near the entrance and exit. I'd suggest putting more than one in put them everywhere before all the rides and at the ends. Especially on hot days.Water provide water for people waiting that are less privilaged to the tap n play system. Those lines are ridiculous and you need water to keep hydrated again on hot days like it was yesterday (18th March 41°) and shelter; provide shelter to the lines not just in certain sections. Not just some poles and the mess something that's going to protect people a bit more. The heat is ridiculous and yous need to take care of patrons entering your park.

Yous really need to scrap the tap n play system. Yes I know I'm not the only person to have said this but come on after all the complaints why not just scrap it. Honestly makes people feel like they aren't equal. Isnt that what todays society is about making everyone feel equal. I'm sad to say I'm disappointed especially with it being my first visit to the park.

But I wasted money for 3 rides 6hrs of waiting in line and severe sunburn that is causing discomfort.

I will not be returning unless yous get rid of tap n play. Make everyone equal. Unfair treatment is what I called yesterday.

Congratulations for making a day of fun absolutely crap.
