Raglan Street Family Medical Centre

I think Dr Li is pretty good. No complaints. Less waiting time than a medical centre. Agreed the reception area could do with an upgrade - it is very tired.

My wife and kids love the doctors and receptionists at Raglan St medical centre. We've been coming for 5 years and have always been happy with the treatment. The only problem sometimes is that because the doctors are so popular you might have to wait a bit. Worth the wait, just the same.

I was very sick and the doc diagnosed me straight away. Good doc, nice and small and friendly practise. The girls on the front desk really helped calm my nerves down, and they got me in to see the doc real quick. I'll be coming back!

Great doctor and staff. Doctor is so thorough and devoted to her patients. I can see that in her interactions, not only with my family, but with other patients at the practice. All my friends have been going there for years. Couldn't be better.

This Medical Centre is about really caring for the patient. My children have been so well looked after over the last decade. So fortunate to have such continuous care by such a dedicated doctor!

I have always found the doctors to be caring and genuinely eager to help. However, waiting times are very long; I have never been seen on time. The place itself is also quite dated, but I will keep going here as I feel the service is fine.

The reception is old and stale and the waiting time is far too long. Definitely needs an upgrade!
