RainbowDance is Sydney’s LGBTQI dance company. We offer the Rainbow Community Latin American & Ballroom group classes, Wedding Dance lessons and Social Events.

RainbowDance hosts Sydney’s LGBTIQ dance classes.
Our mission is to provide a safe, fun and completely inclusive Latin and Ballroom dance experience for our amazing rainbow community.
Come with your friends, your partner or just by yourself as we structure our classes to be very social and make it a priority to give everyone the chance to dance.
Mainstream dance classes focus on gender based roles only and we know how frustrating this can be, so there will be no ‘Female’ steps or ‘Male’ steps to be seen. You may choose to learn as either the leader or the follower and in time maybe even learn both!
The fun and interactive tuition makes learning to lead or follow your dance partner an enjoyable experience and also provides you with a fitness alternative to yet another gym.
So if you’ve ever wanted to Salsa, Cha Cha, Waltz, Tango, Rumba or Foxtrot but have never found the place or space to do so, RainbowDance is here for you!
