This 18 + event is a major fundraiser to sponsor a unique Indigenous Art Installation at Myola by acclaimed Indigenous artist, Mr Noel Wellington. The event sponsor is the Callala Beach Progress Association.
The headline band is The Vauxhalls, also featuring Champagne Belles. The Vauxhalls were formed with four of the most experienced musicians in Australia, with members coming from bands like Ol’ 55, On the Prowl, Frogs on Toast and Tessa and the Twist Tops. The band features Mark Lord (saxophone and vocals), Neil Cheverton (guitar and vocals), Mick Ellis (drums and vocals) and Leon Delander (bass and vocals). Each member individually covers a wide range of rock and roll standards while enhancing the harmony and backing vocals that are synonymous with the era of the fifties and sixties rock & roll.
