Raj Mahal Productions is an independent film production company based in Australia and filming abroad in Punjab, India. We believe in the art of storytelling, striving to deliver works which are distinctive, compelling and true.

We are an independent film production company based in Woolgoolga, Australia and filming abroad in Punjab, India. As a production company, our ambition to date has been to deliver a thoughtful exploration of the Punjabi people and the Sikh religion through historic, spiritual and philosophical contexts; an ambition successfully realised in our well received and widely circulated documentary films, including the title ‘Zafarnama’.
Our company Director, Salinder Singh Salindera is a well-established successful entrepreneur, with mixed business interests spaning across commercial real estate, rural Agri Business, business consultancy and investment and film production. Mr Salindera holds academic qualifications in Philosophy and is an avid linguist and historian; his pursuit of these personal passions has resulted in his desire to create films of lasting significance to both the Punjabi people and a world audience.
Baljit Singh, has worked in multi entertainment disciplines within Punjab including 30 years as a TV producer for ‘Door Darshan’, he has also written a number of scripts, screenplays and creative works including those used for successful TV serials in India aired on ‘Door Darshan’. He has directed a number of documentary films within our company.
