RAMcap Pty Ltd. is an activist investor in the shares of small cap and micro cap companies that are listed on ASX. It adopts a buy and hold investment strategy. Since inception in March 2018 to December 2021 RAMcap has generated average annual returns on its ordinary ‘ORD' shares exceeding 70% . As at 31 December 2021 the three core portfolio positions in gold producers Pantoro and Kingston Resources and oil & gas producer Calima have an aggregate market value of $16million. The basis for the opening of most positions is the identification of the catalyst(s) for potential realisation of a minimum 100% gain on that position within 12 months. The RAMcap investment committee is a father and son team with combined investment experience of 70 years.
