Well worth watching! Neil, a rice researcher from our region is raising funds to increase the water pooling, on a rice Farm. To help native species live in it as a native wetland. We often leave water pooled for longer especially for the Koshihikari, and because our farm is 100% chemical free, our rice is teaming with up to 100 speices.

We won gold again for NSW Delicious Award, and in the running for the National Delicious Award again, we will know next week. We’re going the award night in Sydney. It’ll be a good party!!!
