Did training and have insurance with Rapid. Excellent service all round. They have gone above and beyond, assisting me with marketing advice and other general questions always with a friendly manner.

Rapid have been providing our company insurance for 2 years now. Rapid are the one stop shop for insurance and training.

I would not recommend these guys to anyone. Be careful before paying these monkeys, once you pay they wont help you and be rude when you ask for assistance. Keith you are a disgrace. I contacted you numerous times to be rudely spoken to. Please i beg anyone find a different training organization. Im now $1225 out of pocket. No certificate and refused to give a refund or even partial refund. Wouldn't even assist in practical components. Should be an exciting and positive transition people coming into the industry. They have just turned me off the whole industry. Wont touch pest control cause of these monkeys. Wish i could give no stars!!!!

I recently completed my Units 8 & 10 in Timber Pest Management with Rapid Training. I feel confident that the course was comprehensive and has prepared me to provide a professional service to clients. I found the assessor Steve to be very helpful when I required assistance during the online course and when completing my portfolio assignment. The office staff were also very helpful and they did what they said they would do.
I would recommend Rapid Training if you want to be trained thoroughly and professionally. Thank you to Pestec for enrolling me in this course.
