Ray White

We recently rented a holiday home for the long weekend through Ray White. The staff member who assisted us, Maddy, was professional, friendly and helpful. The booking was very last minute, our previous rental through another agency was cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances.
Maddy made sure everything was in order before we arrived at the house and worked quickly to get us back on track to a very relaxing weekend. We will certainly be booking holiday rentals through Ray White Kiama in the future!

Samantha Ferstat was a true professional during our recent purchase experience.

Most agents look after the vendor but don’t really care too much for the buyer - and play all types of games throughout the sales process.

Samantha was at all times professional, warm and genuine, but a respectful and strong negotiator. We highly recommend Samantha Ferstat !!

I strongly suggest to get a property law solicitor or enquiring with the Dept of Fair Trading when dealing with this real estate. My husband is luckily a property law solictor in Newcastle and we both discovered that that the agents here have no absolutely no idea about many of the laws involved with real estate. We backed out from buying an investment property from them.

Most fraudest realtor in NSW!! They never fulfill the promise they make but very fast in raising invoice. Please beware of two agents especially - Angela Woods and Paul Garland. If any one needs proof of their dealing,please contact me.

Horrible experience, been waited for more than an hour. He said he's stuck in traffic, he will be there in 20min (which has already being late for 15mins) but lied, no show and not responding. Funny excuse..

Our family recently sold my fathers house at Tighes Hill after he passed away. I want to thank and recommend Tony Gough for his professional, knowledgeable and can do attitude during the open house inspections and for the Auction. Ray White Newcastle are fantastic, I couldn't praise them highly enough. They are always quick to answer any enquiries I have, and nothing is too much trouble. In particular, Emma-Jane has always been a friendly, professional property manager who has gone above and beyond time and again. Ray White Newcastle truly care about their tenants, I would recommend them to anyone looking to rent within the Newcastle area.

Very rude and customer service. We had to live without a stove for 2 weeks and every time i talk with the agent she was saying the repairman does not carry stove with him in his van. Will never rent property with Ray and White.

Too rude !!!
No customer service skills and doesn't know how to speak to a customer. I wonder why they have 1.6 ratings. I cannot believe they are running a business in such a miserable low customer service level.
Steven fan is a rude sales person. I wouldn't do business no matter whatever you have to offer.

By the way this is my first review for any organisation and you got 1 star because there is no option for zero.

Learn how to deal with customer otherwise you will have your property up in market for months.

I'm new in investing in property and these guys were really helpful in guiding me through the process. I had a wonderful experience with them and I would recommend Ray white parramatta to anyone. :)

Unnecessarily rude every time I deal with them. Don't rent with Ray White Parra, they're a gaggle of geese in their office with half a brain between the lot....receptionists are useless too

Extremely rude every time I've had to talk with them on the phone. Poor communication with tenants.
