I've had my property managed by the team at Ray White Carnes Hill for over 18 months now. For me, customer service and overall efficiency were my two biggest requirements. I needed the assistance of a team who were capable of managing the property for me & relieving me of the time consuming tasks that this entails. I also prefer to deal with approachable people who I can deal with in a professional and prompt fashion. To date - this has been done impeccably from day one. Rob and his team have treated my management as if it was their own, and I couldn't ask for anything more than that. Their more than reasonable pricing is the icing on the cake! Thanks team

Ray White has the rudest staff who will try to push you around. They make people wait, have no respect for their clients and treat them as expandable trash.

Exremely poor service and very rude property manager. It is more disgusting to see every time there is a poor review, the real estate management rate themselves to improve their overall ratings. Natalie Sculli is the most rude property manager and most of thost complaints are against that rude lady. And surprisingly she is rating theyselves as 5 star. Ray White is not taking any action rather they are keeping employees like Natalie. This means thay give a damn about customer feedbacks. She is a great liar and very rude property manager. Never use this real estate. It is a clown house. They will make you helpless and make your life terrible. Stay away. Please dont count the 5 star ratings. In stead of asking us what happened, please ask your property manager why every reviewer is negative? There must be serious issues with your property manager. It is certainly damaging the reputation of your real estate.
I was so pissed off with your property manager that I ended up leaving the property.
