I purchased my rental property in Nowra through Ray White and have had it rented through them ever since. The first time I met Jamie he told me you don't stay in real estate in a small town long without being honest and accurate in what you tell clients. He has never let me down with this. Everything he told me with regards to the entire sales process turned out to be on the money. Since purchasing the property I have also received nothing but exceptional service from the property management team, a big thumbs up to this real estate agent from me.

Useless - slow to respond, not interested in providing quality service

Severe lack of communication for the 5 years I used them as property managers.
Lost count how many managers I had in this brief period of time.
You WILL have to chase them up for every little problem because they will not bother
replying honestly on anything.
Here is a tip for other investors in the Nowra area being serviced by Ray White, RUN RUN AWAY
as fast as you can.
Decent Realtor in Berry ( Not Ray White).

Would not recommend. Severe lack of communication from leasing staff, high turnover and no accountability. Would not rent from or through this office. Stay away.
