Re-Energize Fitness Description
My name is Randa and I am a qualified PT and PDHPE Teacher.
I live in Monterey with my two sons and happily married.
I am very passionate about health and fitness and live a healthy and active lifestyle myself.
I have a passion about helping people understand the importance of how being active and healthy makes your life much more enjoyable and motivating.
I emphasise more on functional body exercises using your own body and at times include equipment. I am also AUSTSwim certified so I can teach swimming in your backyard pool and I am fully insured.
I also have mobile PT where I come to you.
So now there is really no excuse for you to be active.
