An energy healing session lasts 1 hour. Within an energy healing Reaya combines intuitive guidance, reiki, crystal therapy and sound healing to allow the body to naturally return to a positive state.

Reiki is an energy therapy that works together with the body’s natural capabilities, and helps to promote and accelerate the body’s healing process. It restores balance and resets the mind, body and spirit.

As part of the healing session; Reaya faclitates energy which addresses different areas of the recipient’s body. Energy is transferred from her hands into the body.

Once the energy is passed on into your body, it will flow to where it is needed the most, and the healing begins.

Most people feel a sense of balance, peace, or calmness after receiving a healing treatment. Many have reported a better quality of sleep, commenting that they slept deeper than usual after a few sessions or even just one session of treatment. The person receiving the treatment will go through a healing process, a small number of people may feel a little more emotional than usual.

Reaya recommends a series of 3 sessions so that the healing process is accelerated and is as smooth as possible. This will also ensure that any detox that may happen is well supported by the healing. For those who have chronic conditions or specific ailments, a series of treatments over a period of time will be required to see significant results.
