Lets rewind back to the beginning, before i had been given the opportunity to discover Arbonne.

I grew up in the country capital - Tamworth, lived there all my life. I had a small group of friends that i kept in touch with once highschool was over, i was working 3 jobs and having no social life, i have never explored the world left New South Wales once and that was for schoolies which i went to Queensland. All my life growing up i got miss out but i didn't mind because money doesn't buy everything, well that's the way i was brought up and to appreciate the small things in life. I spent my childhood growing up in a three bedroom rough house that had a tin roof, which i used to love listening to during the nights it rained. During highschool i missed out on trips away simply because we couldn't afford it which meant i started work placement at a chemist near home and lucky me scored a job!
I will never forget buying myself a pretty dress and work shoes with my first pay, this is when i realised, money may not be everything but it can surely buy you some pretty sweet things.

On the 14th of February 2014 i loaded the last few things on to the back of my dads truck, straped Jett into his seat and said farewell to my hometown. Traveled three and a half hours to this beautiful coastal town i now call home Port Macquarie. I enjoyed myself and settled in before i went on the job hunt, i handed out resumes left right and centre, applied on line to probably hundreds of different positions that were available at the time but unfortunately most job positions you need experience to get the experience. So i went back to what i knew how to do and that was pouring beers, which is something that i tend to enjoy as i see myself as a people person, i get to interact with people, meet new people and listen to their stories and meet new people.
I managed to snatch up a job within a few day at a pub near home called Tacking Point Tavern which was excellent because i still didn't know my way around Port that well and i loved it! ! After a year i was moved to another pub that was right in the heart of Port, The Macquarie Hotel also known as The Macca pub by day night club by night, the long nights and the crazy crowds are fun and you meet all different walks of life.

Do you ever get stuck deep in thought about dreams and goals? I know i most certainly do, probably once everyday. I made myself a vision board, of all the things i want to do, experience and explore, i have also written myself letter to read in the future, i have inspirational and motivational quotes and sayings. So every morning i wake up, at the end of my bed i can see my dreams and goals staring right back at me.

When a friend from work approached me and told me about this AMAZING opportunity, i was thinking in the back of my mind whats the catch? Is she for real? She asked me to come along to a DA Meeting that Saturday and well i said yes because 1- i had nothing else to do 2- i had no friends in the area at the time 3- i was interested and 4- whats the worst that could happen? So i went along to the meeting shy nervous but told myself to arrive with an open mind. I was welcomed with a hug and felt so much love and positive vibes in the room, i sat down and watched the presentation and listened to their stories, i was overwhelmed by everything that they were showing and telling all i could think of was this is all too good to be true! After the presentation i didn't know what to say think or expect but i was ready to jump in! I was given a few samples to take home and try plus some light reading, i did my research on what i was going to be getting myself into and i thought to myself I CAN DO THIS, a week later i joined the A Team.

I have grown and blossomed into someone amazing, i love where i am going with life and couldn't be happier with where i am at in life. I have made some amazing friends and listened to some beautiful stories, Arbonne has become a family to me and i am so glad i pulled myself out of bed the Saturday morning.
