Used to love the store and never had any issues, but after the stitching came apart on my $200 shoes, the female who runs the store rudely brushed me off as if I was trying to con her. The shoes had literally been purchased the day before -- a point I made -- and she made it seem like I was trying to return them after months of use. Not happy about my experience!
