Friendly staff, particularly in the shoe section and good range of sports products

I'm so glad I spent an hour in your store today waiting to be served while staff walked past me and packed shelves or served people who came in after me. I suppose you can't complain about the service if you don't get any.

I have been calling the on-line web help desk and unable to receive the the answer or the goods I'm looking for.

After a few more calls: Josh from Hornsby store was able to assist and handle my request very professionally. He is able to place the order and request the goods to be send to another store for me to pick up.

Very impressed with his customer service and his assistance. 5* for Josh
